I guess the Belgium government is shutdown also. There last shutdown was in 2011 for 589 days. The best and most prosperous days the people can remember. I think we'll come out ahead if Congress just gets paid and can't do anything.

I agree. The shutdown is just one of the many "manufactured" crisis going on these days.
