Quote:Federal law enforcement officials on Thursday arrested former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon and three associates, charging them with defrauding hundreds of thousands of donors to their "We Build the Wall" fundraising campaign.
Bannon was reportedly arrested by agents with the U.S. Postal Service while aboard a boat off the coast of Westbrook, Conn. He is due to appear later Thursday before a federal judge in the Southern District of New York.
