Not gonna comment until all the videos come out but we do know this about the guy that was shot:

Don't know about murder or attempted murder charges. But certainly that guy can't roam around in a police uniform anymore, let alone have a gun.
I hate when people get shot in the back if they are retreating/fleeing. However, this guy was going for something in his car and the cop didn't know for what. He did have a knife from the blown up picture I saw. This crap has happened so many times, and been shown on TV umpteen times, you would think these dumb asses of all races should be able to figure out the cops ain't screwing around with you.

If the flake's life was in danger, policy is to use lethal force.
He shot him 7 times in the back in front of his children. That is just plain sadism.

Regardless of what I did. I would still have my liver, kidneys, intestines, colon, stomach and the ability to walk.
Best I ever got was a billy club across my lower abdomen. Probably deserved it too.
