I agree that none of them would qualify as marksmen. But then again, if you aren't training on your shooting skills regularly you aren't gonna be that good of a shot. I'd like to know how many times the typical cop actually uses his gun in an endangering situation throughout his career. I'd bet it is not very many times. I don't know very many cops but the few I do know said they have never pulled their gun out of their holster in the line of duty.
