Rudy sez it.  Sydney sez it

Bopp said it. Never came. Case dismissed . Seems to be a pattern.

Quote:Bopp’s lawsuit promised, but did not provide, damning evidence of “illegal ballot stuffing, ballot harvesting, and other illegal voting.”
“This evidence will be shortly forthcoming when the relevant official documents are final and available, for which discovery may be required, and the result of the analysis and expert reports based thereon will show that sufficient illegal ballots were included in the results to change or place in doubt the November 3 presidential-election results,” the complaint vowed and never delivered.
U.S. District Judge William Griesbach dismissed the case shortly before a hearing scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Central Standard Time.
Across the United States, a flood of litigation by the Trump campaign and its allies have popped into court with lofty promises only to fizzle out in a string of dismissals by judges—and often, attorneys seemingly cutting their losses.
This was not a Trump case.

Huh ?

What's a Trump case ?
When lawyers, as his representative, file on his behalf.
Most of the lawsuits are technically from alleged disenfranchised voters. It is the Trump team.
They're not, but so what if they were?

As I said evidence is not being produced, yet.

Trump has not conceded Wisconsin. He wants a free recount.
Again, so what?

Just a commentary on how cases are dropping like flies.
Some are dropping and being re-filed. I'm not sure how common that is or isn't.
