Update (1515ET): Just twelve hours after it was filed, the US Supreme Court has officially put Texas's lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on the docket, meaning the case will be heard.

The point is they are going to hear it.
Not sure you would call it that. The PA case was done in 40 mins

Missouri & Louisiana Join Texas Taking The Election Fight To Supreme Court

First it was Louisiana, now Eric Schmitt, the Attorney General for Missouri, announced on Tuesday that he will join Texas in the battle to Supreme Court.
Now 1/3 of all the states have signed onto the Texas lawsuit. I'm not so sure that SCOTUS can throw this case out.
