Five lives would have been saved
Healing could have began
Everybody's lifeline ( social media ) would be intact
The President could have retained a level of dignity
The "worst president" moniker might not have been bestowed on Trump in the history books for the ages.
Etc.

It was so simple. He had all sorts of opportunities to do this. He know he lost weeks ago. But he should have done before last weeks MAGA rally

That's probably it.

She didn't have a MAGA rally
Nobody died
Nobody threatened violence
Her prominence has eclipsed Trump. Trump is going out in disgrace, while Abrams is the new face of positive electioneering.
She is and will be viewed throughout history as the one who brought down Trump. Peacefully and Constitutionally.
Nobody cared if she conceded or not. It was totally inconsequential. She should concede.
