I don't think my "pissing and moaning" reaches the level of "dissent". That includes with Trump. I also don't view trolls who post in comments sections as "dissenters"
Policy changes that affect our lives will be so minimal that we will need someone to tell us how oppressed we are. Especially right now since Biden hasn't done a damn thing of consequence, that we know of.
