I do not like DiSantis. I like less his gratuitous authoritarianism. It make no sense that in a locality with a high Covid count the elected officials can't react. They are stuck with the suffering. For what reason.

His central government mandate is authoritarianism. There are other elected officials in Fla.

This has nothing to do with individual rights. Floridians had the absolute individual right to NOT to wear a mask before DeSantis began his presidential campaign.
