Well, not quite. 

But she is being held responsible for the cancellation of the huge welfare check to one of the most prosperous companies owned by one the richest mofos on the planet, Amazon.
Don't know if this was necessarily a beneficial thing, but there is something terribly wrong with such a huge transfer of wealth to Bezos. The "We built it (with your money)" gang is going crazy. What the hell is the "Job Creators Network" ? I think they need a new name.

I'm no fan of Bezos at all, but the point here is that because of the socialist, New Yorkers were deprived of between 25,000 - 40,000 jobs.
Amazon was going to build next to her district which means she deprived her constituents the possibility of steady employment. But, now that the former bartender has two luxury apartments and wears $2,500. outfits she could care less about people who need jobs.

AOC didn't deprive anybody from anything. She had no say in this. She just has a big mouth.

Amazon is still free to locate there or anywhere. I could be wrong, but I can't find any objection to Amazon locating there. Apparently they were not committed to NYC.
