Maybe a few whose bigotry is more important than taking care of their family. But I would say "everybody" is pretty accurate.
Merchants don't care who enters their establishment anymore. Even during Rand Rand's formidable years.

Yep. Civil rights as defined in the Act have become an accepted norm in our society. There are still isolated creeps who have problem with it. But for the most part we have lived and prospered with it.
