I'm not concerned about slavery. I'm concerned about Fla Central Government increasing it's authority where it doesn't belong.
If that were true you'd be fighting to get government out of schools on the national level.
They're really not in schools except for civil rights reasons. Which is their constitutional responsibility

Schools are locally controlled and funded. The feds provide about 8% for mainly spec ed and spec needs.
