ICE has better things to do than worrying about people just trying to protect themselves.

Gun dealers do not necessarily have the expertise to definitively determine immigration status.

There isn't a single democrat who thinks that sane citizens can't have guns.

The democrats are constantly trying to pass gun confiscation laws under the term sensible gun control.

Haven't heard anything credible about "confiscation". But have heard about restricting military armaments to military purposes. Something we've been doing without fanfare for quite awhile.

Confiscation is the ultimate goal - done incrementally.
