I think they are both pretty bright.

One made approx. $ 1,500 and hour from Trump and boosted her career.

The other scammed the US taxpayer for 2 1/2 years by offering close to zero useful information, and boosted her career.

I don't think it takes intelligence in a woman to spread her legs for cash.
