Wyden should be prosecuted - but there is no more rule of law in this country.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Galatians 5:22-23
He took an oath before God to defend and uphold the Constitution and the laws of his country. He broke his oath.
The officers called a supervisor, who arrived minutes later, and allowed the family to go to the port of entry to make their asylum claim.

Again, doesn't Mexico have hospitals? And why are so many Americans making Mexico their new home?
She was in the US legally. Why wouldn't we want to help her ?
No she wasn't. Until you cross that checkpoint at the bridge you are not legal. Until Wyden broke his oath of office, she was allowed to pass, but until granted asylum, she still is not legal. Believe me, Mexico has hospitals and if she was having such serious problems that's where she should have been - in other words it was a made up story - fake news to make Wyden look like a caring human being - which he isn't.
She initially was illegally denied her right to seek asylum. Asylum seekers are not illegal.

I don't know anything about this Wyden guy. But getting her help was caring. Did he have ulterior motive ?

Wasn't it the CBP supervisor that let them to the point of entry ?
The whole thing was a scam. She should have went to the hospital in Juarez. Period.
