Virginia’s Department of Education was required by law to create model policies for school boards regarding treatment of transgender students no later than December 31, 2020.

The Virginia law was passed in April 2020, the school policies were supposed to be in place 12.31.2020. Looks like Loudon County was late, regardless the state law came before that and only individual school policies were to follow. Again, the law was already enacted.

So you agree the boy was not supposed to be in the bathroom. It's crystal clear the orientation of the boy had absolutely nothing to with the rapes.

I don't understand the issues of a transgender person. But we all know about bullying and we all know about suicide. If we can accommodate safely and peacefully, I don't care where a person takes a crap. We have "family" restrooms.

The boy is a rapist. And rapists are pigs. Normal boys don't think of having sex when they pass a school bathroom door. Did you ? Oh wait, you wouldn't know. Maybe that explains your hang ups.
