Nope it was a warning. There was nothing to argue about.
It was a extremely convoluted tale of guilt by association. And that is a nice review.

The word was probably an exaggeration. Are you denying that Thomas' dissenting opinion has not is just that, a dissenting opinion ? Past courts have disagreed. Creating that other word.
