Every "medical" person calls it a vaccine.

"Medical" dictionaries or any dictionary for that matter do not dictate or control language. They in effect react to language usage. The mRNA vaccines are new and will likely become part of your personal "official" language dictums very soon.

Yes, commies, as well as non-commies, add to the meanings of words. My guess is that you don't know that the major American English language dictionaries contain many French and Spanish words and expressions.
