I agree it's more of a local issue. What can Cummings ( a federal congressman of the minority party) do about that, that Trump can't ?

Given, that well over half of the country live large urban areas. Then by Trump standards, we are a shithole country. Madison and Green Bay both have pockets of shitholeness.

Really? You can't think of anything Cummings (who is part of a majority in the House) can do besides throw his hands up and bash Trump with his tweets. He's been there since 1996 and didn't see any of this coming? How about instead of colluding with his wife to rip taxpayers off he gets her non-profit to get involved. He'd rather be a shithead in a shithole.
