The Oshkosh Police Department says it has responded to more than 120 calls that have dealt with violations of the governor’s order. All of these individuals were very cooperative and complied when we explained that they were violating the governor’s order.

But it is a moot point. The "order" is no more.  Praise our exulted leader, Queen Andrea. The dog barber can clip to her heart's delight.
