The burden of proof is always on the accusers. For which Krebs agrees that there is no evidence of manipulation.

The problem with this guy, according to testimony by a cyber expert in AZ this morning is that, according to Krebs website, is that he is either a liar or incompetent. He claims 1.) the machines could not be manipulated; 2.) the votes did not go overseas; 3.) he had no idea of the more than a dozen ways that the votes could be changed.
That is just a few areas of his incompetence/lying.
