He'd have a point if the state legislatures had made the election laws, but they didn't so he is a traitor to the Constitution and nothing less than a Swamp creature.

The VP has no authority to usurp state sovereignty. Elections are a joint responsibility. The feds don’t run elections and the judicial function is handled by the courts. The VP is a constitutional officer with no express requirements for loyalty to the President. So traitor is only a fantasy to those who don’t understand or don’t give a shit about peace and the Constitution.

His duty is to uphold the Constitution and to knowingly certify falsely and illegal ballots makes him a traitor. For the last fucking time the Constitution says only state legislatures can make election laws. This is the last time I'm informing you of this.

How do you know that Pence "knowingly" certified falsely and illegal ballots ? It seems to be the exact opposite. You got mind meld on him ?
Besides the Constitution says no such thing, The VP does not certify ballots.
And courts interpret laws state legislators make. It's true !
