Justices feeling a little insecure lately

Belonging to a political party might suggest partisanship.

Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh are “confidential voters” in Maryland whose registration data may remain private.
• Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Elena Kagan are registered Democrats in Washington, D.C. Justice Stephen G. Breyer is a registered Democrat in Cambridge, Mass.
• Justice Sonia Sotomayor votes in New York but has not enrolled in a party.
• Justice Neil M. Gorsuch was a registered Republican in the decade before he moved to the D.C. area to join the court.
• Retired Justice David H. Souter maintained a Republican registration in New Hampshire after he left the U.S. Supreme Court. Voter information was not available from the states of Virginia and Arizona for retired Justices Anthony M. Kennedy and Sandra Day O’Connor.
• Fix the Court was unable to obtain current voter records in Virginia for Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel A. Alito Jr. and Gorsuch.
Washington, D.C., doesn’t allow residents to vote in a primary without registering. Breyer, however, could vote in either party’s primary without being a registered Democrat.

That doesn't tell me much. Sotomayor isn't registered with a party yet she is clearly a liberal socialist.

Sheese !

You probably believe the "litmus test" is a myth, too. You believe Sotomayer has no connection whatsoever with Dems ? I guess I can declare myself a "non partisan" since I'm not a registered Dem. Good Lord !

But I think you are just going down argumentative child route again. I have to deal with a real child soon, so I have to be done with this crap.

But it is nice to know that you have full confidence that our judicial system is impartial, free of political influence, and members apply no preconceived notions to cases. Sotomayer at al are or also quite capable of voting to overturn Roe LOL

So by your admission, I can assume that you must STFU about the George Floyd verdict.

I fail to see any connection between SCOTUS and the Minnesota system.
