Congratulations. You’ve figured out how alleged election fraud is supposed to be handled.
You're right, that's how it is supposed to happen - too bad the SCOTUS didn't know that.
Fraud is a crime. When there is a crime someone is busted. SCO doesn’t do that.
Which case presented to them asked them to do that? There you go with your red herring, again.

None should have. Bringing up the SCO at all is a red herring.

One of the many reasons the SCO don't take cases is that they have no business taking them.

Local prosecutors can prosecute election fraud cases. State and local courts can and should try them.
Then why didn't Florida decide the national election in Bush v Gore? Who was it that decided that, again?
