Fraud is a crime. When there is a crime someone is busted. SCO doesn’t do that.

None should have. Bringing up the SCO at all is a red herring.

One of the many reasons the SCO don't take cases is that they have no business taking them.

Local prosecutors can prosecute election fraud cases. State and local courts can and should try them.
