What about division ? Aside from his silly environmental appeasements and the massive arming of butcherous dictators, I didn’t have a problem with his policies.

Presidents can’t do much alone, but they can represent it’s peoples with dignity. He was far and away the worst President in that respect. I can’t remember a President who displayed such disdain for half of its citizens.

As far as withdrawing troops: He had absolute constitutional authority.
