The people in Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee are being ignored, possibly intentionall, by their government, after the hurricane devastated their homes,communities and much infrastructure. It is quite shameful. These folks are asking for help. My family and I are not rich but we are well enough off that we can send some help to them. I ask anyone that can afford to help them to please do so.
