I agree. But this old lady must be really old, my age or older. I remember the era of disposable milk bottles ending in the early sixties and beer bottles in the early 70s.

Biking and walking is booming, so much so that motorists are complaining and confrontations are frequent. Bike paths are a political football
The disposable nation is actually run and promoted by our age, not youngsters.
Our old "green" ancestors are reviled.
