Putin and Orban, like an emerging group of hateful americans, are a little obsessed with their new discovery of "biological fact". This "biological fact" is learned in both cultures at a very early age, usually around 2 years old. It's weird that middle aged men need to consume themselves with such elementary observations.
LBGTQ issues are about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, period. They want what you and I have, that's all. There is no logical, moral or constitutional reason to deny peaceful law abiding citizens their god given rights. I can see it in totalitarian regimes such Russia and Hungary, but the US, really ?
Biology has absolutely nothing to do with LBGTQ rights. There is not a single person that I know of that is confused about "biology".
