It seems like yet another scheme to get Republican legislatures to override the vote count and appoint Trump as President. That was their admitted purpose for Michigan Rudy Roadshow last night.
My guess is that the Rudy clan could care less about court losses as long as they can coax Republicans to appoint Trump electors.
