They are correct. Not one state has certified any candidate up to this point, and that includes votes for Trump.

As a matter of fact, Real Clear Politics is not calling Biden 'president elect.
Trump has a technical path.

"Clear" is a tad hopeful IMO. It certainly is not a "will of the people" path.
