The more people who vote the more we can claim that it is the "will of the people". I would love to be able to vote online, you'd think that we would be technologically advanced enough to do that. 

As far as "screwing with voting laws".  I'm not seeing much, but is getting it's day in court. That apparently is not good enough, though.

Who is gonna take what happens in their community, state, country more seriously, a landowner or a renter; a business owner or an employee; who has a financial interest in making sure the community, state, or country thrives.

Aside from dependents. People that don't own, rent.

Some say banks effectively own most property. They certainly have a huge financial interest in the community.
