Cowardly Carlson picks new target
#1
Cowardly yes. But also smart.

He is allowed to lie with impunity. And is minions love it. First FBI, now NSA.

Tucker Carlson Doubles Down on NSA Claim (mediaite.com)

As
Quote:his show began Tuesday night, the NSA released a rare statement calling his allegation untrue and saying, “Tucker Carlson has never been an intelligence target of the Agency and the NSA has never had any plans to try to take his program off the air.”

Carlson continued to say Tuesday that a whistleblower told him the NSA was going to leak his communications “selectively in an effort to hurt us.”
He again said the evidence proving this is that “this person had details from my emails that no one outside the recipient could have known, so it was not a delusion, it was entirely real, in fact it was confirmed.”
Carlson told viewers his show tried contacting NSA Director Gen. Paul Nakasone earlier in the day, and then responded to the statement the agency put out, calling it “infuriatingly dishonest.”
“An entire paragraph of lies written purely for the benefit of the intel community’s lackeys at CNN and MSNBC,” he added.
And he gets double bonus points for mentioning CNN and MSNBC

I'm supposed to believe a Jew who has been trying diligently to get him off the air. This latest bit of calumny is just more crap.

It was Carlson's own words.

Which words of Carlson's were lies?

The words he didn't tell the truth about. That's what so cool about it. He doesn't have to prove anything when he makes up shit about covert government agencies. And his fans are perfectly fine about it.

Having said that. The FBI and NSA are certainly capable of what he says. But he has no proof or even justified suspisions. He just knows what you want to hear.

Why would he lie? He has no reason to lie. There are enough news stories that he doesn't need to.

Tucker talked to the NSA and didn't get any satisfaction, but as is pointed out in the introduction to the video, he is getting what he previously applauded.

It's a cool story that requires no substantiation, which he incidentally didn't provide any. The NSA denied it, not that they are necessarily any more credible than Carlson.

I am prepared to eat crow if this story is ever verified. But till now nothing. When Carlson tosses out these claims (true or not) he has the obligation to provide proof.

He was tipped off by someone inside the NSA. He didn't just randomly make the claim. The information provided by the tipster was credible enough for him to disclose the info on his show. It was also spooky enough for him to call the head NSA, unless you don't believe he confronted them, either.

He does have his army of GOP lawmakers looking into this. Don't know why the NSA would care about him. I have no doubt Carlson is confronting people, but I can't find anything about him speaking with the head of the NSA. Do you have a link.
