As I feared. No type of audit would be satisfactory.
And it makes sense politically. At some point losing stops being a viable strategy. But building a loyal opposition over disingenuous audit demands becomes a new tactic. That can be played forever.

That is not what I said.

What part of this didn't you understand? An audit that seeks out counterfeits. You are going around in circles.

Those were real votes from real registered voters following the rules ultimately set forth by their respected state.
At least they were not contested in any lawsuit as being "counterfeit"

And plain as day the ones in certain states were unconstitutional according to the US Constitution. Hey if you don't wanna believe the thing was rigged, that's fine, most low IQ Bolsheviks don't get it.

the word “legislature” should be read “in accordance with the State’s prescriptions for lawmaking, which may include the referendum and the Governor’s veto.”
Sorry, it's precedent.
I could go down your literal rabbit hole and ask what about states that have "General Assemblies" instead "Legislatures" ?

It says what it says. Period.
A state legislature in the United States is the legislative body of any of the 50 U.S. states. The formal name varies from state to state. In 27 states the legislature is simply called the Legislature or the State Legislature, while in 19 states the legislature is called the General Assembly. In Massachusetts and New Hampshire, the legislature is called the General Court, while North Dakota and Oregon designate the legislature the Legislative Assembly.
